Dallas official suing citizen board for allowing poker club to stay open
The city believes an appointed authority should switch a leading body of change deciding that allows Texas To card House keep grant
Dallas' top structure assessment official is suing a city resident board after it permitted a poker club to continue to work after the city attempted to close the business down.
David Session, the city's in-between time building official, is looking for a Dallas County judge's organization to toss out a March administering from a city leading group of change that permits Texas Card House to remain open on the grounds that the city currently considers all poker clubs unlawful under state regulation, notwithstanding already supporting the organizations to work.
